The guest house is located in a period style, tastefully reconstructed building of a 
former mineral water bottling plant from the 1st half of the 
19th century. This source of quality water supplies the guest house to this day.

Cancellation conditions:
Difference between preliminary and fixed reservation:
Preliminary reservation – may be cancelled free of charge up to a certain date (1st contact).
Fixed reservation – (order, voucher), may not be cancelled free of charge.

Cancellation fees are charged from the overall price.
Up to 21 days (inclusive) before stay CZK 200.00 (handling fee)
20 – 10 days before stay 10 % of overall price
9 –1 days before stay 20 % of overall price
On day of arrival for stay 30 % of overall price

In the case that the person ordering the stay is unable to attend, substitution of guests may be agreed with the guest house management. No cancellation fee is charged in this case. Group stays are subject to separate contractual conditions.

Attention: In the peak season stays are of at least one week (Saturday – Saturday), commencing on the day of arrival between 3 and 5 PM, and terminating on the last day of the stay by 10 AM. Guests must inform the guest house management of any late arrival by 4 PM on the day of arrival on the tel. No. 491 586 155 or mobile tel. No. 606 611 640. Failure to fulfil this condition results in loss of the right to accommodation! In the case of off-season and weekend stays the time of arrival may be agreed with the guest house management upon ordering.
